poor soundproofingdust accumulation
the room lacked proper soundproofing, as noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was easily audible. this disrupted my sleep on several occasions. additionally, the cleanliness could have been better. i noticed dust accumulation in corners and the bathroom mirror had smudges (it was not cleaned during my entire stay).

the staff were attentive and helpful at all times the location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants and the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space with great views i found a person who organised trips all over phuket and i would highly recommend chatting with them the maid cleaned our room everyday providing really good service
the gym was adequate but the machines seemed to accumulate dust rather quickly suggesting infrequent cleaning this area could benefit from more regular attention to maintain a higher standard of cleanliness

the room was spacious with modern decor it had a large bed and efficient air conditioning the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub there were ample towels and toiletries provided daily

the hotel staff was friendly and consistently helpful they quickly addressed any requests i made the reception desk was staffed 24/7 ensuring assistance was always available i found the staff were very good making my stay comfortable

the staffs are VERY friendly and helpful. the location IS ONLY 10 minutes walk to the beach and near many shops. there IS ALSO a bar where you can relax.
the walls ARE very thin. i COULD hear the movie next door. THE general cleanliness was not very good.
